We live in a fast and changing world that can tend to generate even more anxiety, driving us to quicken our steps and often failing to see the present unfolding before us. In Psalm 108, the psalmist sings, “my heart is ready, Oh Lord…I will sing your praise.”
- How do I ready and steady my heart and my life to see and hear the presence of God in the moments, experiences, and encounters in my everyday life?
- How do I open myself to the indwelling of the Holy Spirit?
